Job Description: Office/Admin Assistant Freelance Position

Position: Real Estate Assistant

Location: Remote office Preferably based in Quintana Roo Mexico

Pay: Base min wage with attractive performance bonuses

Languages: Native English speaker or high-level written and spoken English (*conversational Spanish is a plus)

Employment Type: Freelance (7-35 hrs/wk)

Direct Marketing

Create and send email marketing campaigns

Conduct cold calling to generate leads and nurture prospects

B2B Marketing

Develop and maintain relationships with business partners

Create lists and spreadsheets

Social Media Content Creation

Create engaging social media posts using provided media and AI tools

AI-Generated Real Estate Listings

Use AI tools to create accurate and appealing real estate listings

Ensure all listings are up-to-date and properly formatted

Website Management

Manage and update website

Ensure all property listings are current and accurately described

Property Searches

Conduct manual property searches using WhatsApp Facebook groups and business contacts

CRM Management

Maintain and update the CRM HubSpot Wix

Ensure all client and lead information is current and accurately recorded

Client and Agent Communication

Communicate with other real estate agents and clients via phone email and messaging platforms

Pre-screen buyer clients and conduct discovery calls to assess their needs and preferences

Contract Drafting and Closing Paperwork

Assist in drafting contracts for real estate transactions

Prepare and organize closing paperwork

Ensure all documents are filed correctly and timely

Necessary Skills

Proficiency in using smartphone applications such as WhatsApp and Canva

Strong computer literacy including email and general office software

Expertise in social media management and content creation

Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

Capability to follow specific instructions accurately and efficiently

Excellent organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ideal Candidate Profile

Native English speaker or high-level written and spoken English proficiency

Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable

Some knowledge of the real estate industry or a similar field

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new tools and software

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Motivated and proactive with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to the team's goals

Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining strong communication with the team

A car valid license with clean driving record is a bonus
