Photos & Core Details

These allow me to prepare your listing and start early marketing while you gather the formal documents.

• Clear interior and exterior photos, including street view and surroundings. Drone or aerial footage is a big plus especially for land or larger lots.

• Photos of shared/common areas if it’s part of a development.

• If your property is listed elsewhere, please send the link. I can pull technical specs from there (materials, systems, etc.).

• A brief overview that includes:

  • Year built

  • Asking price

  • Interior and land size

  • HOA or maintenance fees

  • Utilities and service availability (like internet)

  • Development amenities, security, parking

  • Key features or unique selling points

  • Nearby attractions or infrastructure

  • Any helpful backstory - how long you've owned it, and your reason for selling (this helps me anticipate buyer questions)

 

The more complete the info, the stronger your listing - and the faster we can generate interest from qualified buyers.
