To get started and have your amazing property in front of an audience as soon as possible, please forward the following:

Property Details and Photos

With the following I can get the ball rolling while you gather and submit the legal personal and property details listed below. 


  1. Interior and exterior photos of the property including street view and surrounding area. *Aerial photos and video/drone footage are great if you or your developer have them (especially for land/lots)

  2. Photos of common areas/amenities of the development

  3. Links to existing listings of your property would be helpful for extracting the less glamorous details (heating/cooling type, building materials etc.)

  4. A brief description of the property and the development. Include price, interior size, land size, HOA/maintenance fees, services available in the area (eg. internet providers), amenities. It's good to add info on security, parking, nearby points of interest and any standout features you think are worth mentioning. A history of the property, age and reason for selling are also very helpful so I can be prepared to answer these questions from potential buyers.

*In order to proceed with listing, please confirm that you have all of the required documents. I recommend keeping all legal documents for the property in one file (digital or physical) for quick retrieval. A Google drive folder is ideal for easy sharing.
