CUN, the international airport in Cancun is the second largest in the country after Mexico City and saw 2.87 million passengers in July, a 20% increase from 3 years ago with over 1 million of them domestic. A record. Another interesting stat is the number of beachgoers in Riviera Maya this summer. Cancun authorities report 5,000 - 6,000 people hitting it's beaches during summer months, despite the arrival of sargassum in the warmer weather. 2022 also surpassed 2020 and 2021 in terms of tourism dollars spent in the country.

But who are you?

Originally from Canada (Windsor/Lasalle area) with a background in lending, I moved to Mexico a few years ago where an opportunity to work on the other side of the desk presented itself.

Now I'm loving life in the tropics where office parties usually involve mariachi bands and hot air balloons. Everything is over the top, including the gorgeous properties we sell. Luxury in Riviera Maya comes in all sizes and prices. You can surprisingly get a very nice unit for under $200k USD and with the current political and economic state of the U.S. and Canada, it's no surprise that Mexico has seen a 35% increase in American investors alone in 2022.

What do I have to do?

I will brief you on everything so you can answer your clients' questions. I can connect with you and your clients via Zoom, meet them in person when they're ready to visit and handle all the details of the transaction from my end. Your job is to understand your client’s needs, budget etc., make the connection and let me take it from there… if you're the adventurous type maybe you'll accept an invitation to one of our over the top Riviera Maya parties ;)
